Mr. Oladejo Fajobi – Chairman
Mr Oladejo Fajobi graduated from the university of Lagos in 1981 with honours from the department of Accountancy. He qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants(|ACMA)| London in 1988, and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAN|) in 1990.

He is an examiner of various Examinations. He worked at various times as Budget Control Manager, Financial Controller, Audit and Finance Control Manager, and Risks and Control Manager of TOTAL NIGERIA PLC from 1983 to October 2007, when he voluntarily retired. He is also a Director in a foremost stockbroking firm, as well as Chairman of the Board of Governors of King's Anchor College and The King's Kid Schools.

He is a philanthropist ,belonging to various social philanthropic organisations.

Mr. Opeyemi Olugasa – Managing Director
Mr. Opeyemi Olugasa is an Electronic and Electrical Engineering graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University.

He started his career in Information Technology at Nigerian Bottling Company Plc (the authorized Bottler of Coca-Cola products) where he rose to the position of Communication Systems Support Manager, supporting the Company’s numerous network infrastructure and installations nationwide. He moved to Omega Bank Plc as the Head of Telecommunications Unit of the I.T department and later became Head, New Initiatives and On-line Banking, initiating and implementing several I.T projects to enhance the company’s banking services.

He left Omega Bank with a wealth of experience both in the manufacturing and financial industry to start Grace InfoTech Limited.

Mr. Ayodeji Fajobi – Director
Mr. Ayodeji Fajobi is a graduate of Computer Information Systems at North Carolina University. He’s worked with several companies, including Royal Bank of Canada/ Centura Bank, Time Warner Cable, etc.
He is currently a graduate Assistant at North Carolina Central University, USA with MBA & M.Sc Information Sciences degree.
He handles Grace InfoTech Limited’s International operations
